Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipment. During new product launches, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Rates

We currently offer the following shipping options within the United States:

  • Standard Ground Shipping: $5.95
    • Free on orders of $75 or more
    • Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days
  • Express Shipping: $15.00
    • Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days after shipment

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ship orders as quickly as possible, delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by weather, carrier issues, holidays, or other events outside our control may occur.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, shipping delays or additional carrier fees may occur. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at hello@haveagoodoneco.com as soon as possible. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue and determine the appropriate next steps.


International Shipping

At this time, Have A Good One Co. ships only within the United States.

As we grow, we look forward to expanding shipping to additional countries.
